I had the opportunity to work with this client in the past so naturally, I was thrilled to be able to partner with them again on this home purchase from 2022. This 7500 square foot home, boasts 6 bedrooms and 8 bathrooms and is located in the coveted neighborhood of Pine Ridge Estates located in Naples, Florida. We were tasked with styling the main living areas of the 1st floor and opted for the ever popular “organic modern cottage” as it felt aligned with the existing architecture of the home. The transformation took 8 months from start to finish. The landscaping was transformed by Landscape Architect Aaron Denton. His site plan introduced many upgrades including mature trees, hedges, a plethora of flowering species, a front gate design that introduced modern grandeur to the entrance and lastly, a permanent retractable pergola that created a stunning outdoor dining space. We were enlisted to upholster a custom curved built in banquette that wrapped around a firepit featuring an iron sculpture created by a local artist. This project will be showcased in an editorial in the Fall 2024 Florida Design Naples Magazine. This home can be seen in ads for Luxe magazine, Home & Design, and Naples Illustrated.
