Bethany O’Neil
Designer/Principal Owner
Bethany celebrates 30 years since the start of her own design firm back in 1994, with a Bachelor degree in Fine Arts from Minneapolis College of Art and Design. As the sole designer, Bethany blends her resources, knowledge and experience in creating your desired lifestyle by bringing your visions to life. Bethany has the ability to create various different design styles, which is expressed in her portfolio. Whether you’re looking for a modern look or her signature style, Bethany’s interpretation is always a classic approach that is meant to last the test of time.
Alex Berman
Design Assistant
Alex joined our team in 2022 in design support. She now leads the team in Operations and Office Management. Alex does our design presentations, in addition to preparing the quotes and ordering product. Her continuous follow up throughout our projects, along with communication with our various vendors, help us maintain our projected deadlines. Alex does our scheduling, as well as, taking the lead for all of our design installations.
Tom Chmelik
Design Project Manager
Tom joins us with over 35 years of experience in mechanical engineering, construction and home renovation. Tom’s role as Project Manager is to coordinate all of the architectural, electrical and plumbing specifications between the client, the architect, and subcontractors. Tom blends Bethany’s creativity with his technical knowledge into specifications that insure that the client’s needs are met and communicated. His CAD drawings and schedules help to create a common vision for all team members. Tom covers all levels of details from interior finish schedules, interior architecture and overall book keeping through the course of each project.
Christian O’Neil
Contractor & Owner of O’Neil Construction Group
Christian joins us in a new capacity as our In house Contractor. Christian’s experience in both commercial and residential construction and remodeling has blended his Operations Management background, with his field experience by taking the leading role in this new branch of our ever expanding company. With a degree in Bachelor of Science in Commerce & Business administration, from the University of Alabama Tuscaloosa, Christian’s experience in overseeing the construction process on numerous hospitality renovations, multi residential high-rises and high-end residential remodeling, makes him an obvious choice and a perfect addition to our team. His attention to detail and thorough understanding for Operations Management, along with his proficient skills in excel and project scheduling, give him an edge over any competition.
